About Craig Graham
Craig Graham is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across agribusiness, professional services, and regional business operations. He has led multi-site organisations, guided teams through significant transformation, and delivered commercial performance across Australia and New Zealand.
His background includes full P&L responsibility for businesses up to AUD $85M, leadership of domestic and international teams, and executive roles involving restructures, mergers, rebrands, and cultural change.
Craig is known for his practical, calm leadership style and his ability to bring clear thinking to complex situations. He works closely with owners, boards, and senior teams to improve strategy, lift operational performance, and build capability across the organisation.
Before founding Westville Management Group, Craig held senior roles including General Manager of a professional services firm, Chief Operating Officer of a regional advisory network, and senior commercial roles in large agribusinesses. These roles shaped his ability to work effectively with people at every level and to guide organisations through change with confidence and clarity.
Craig’s focus is always the same: practical solutions, sound leadership, and long-term value for the businesses he works with.
